Position Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining our social media strategy, creating world-class content, and fostering a community of loyal customers. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage social media campaigns in alignment with product launches, sales events, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.
- Engage with customers and followers on social media, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback to enhance our community presence.
- Identify and engage key influencers and brand advocates within the social media sphere to amplify our brand messaging.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed about industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
The ideal Social Media Manager will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, as well as experience with social media management tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
